The Spirit of Utopia.
In each country these 9 Utopian leaders will select one Spokesperson. These 9 Utopian leaders will be open to any suggestion from their countrymen. In the interest of Utopia they must act openly, quickly and courageously always considering the future of One Nest first. Thus if One Nest cannot survive no country within it can survive. This is a natural truth all countries must understand. Even a child can understand this. Thus the Figureheads of the 3 children are always there to guide each country in forming its Vision for itself and Utopia's One Nest.

The Work of Utopia.
In each country these 9 Utopian Leaders will identify 3 World Problems to rectify within their own country eg.problems relating to Air, Water, Soil. Then they will identify 3 National Problems to work upon eg. medical, social or zoological problems of national importance. Finally they will identify 3 Local Problems which apply to any locality in the country eg. a local garden, school or hospital problem. The rules for Problem selection will be simple. One must apply to Humans, one must apply to Animals and finally one must apply to Plants. Even a child could understand these rules. Goals and Language of Utopia. For each Problem selected a Project is planned. For each Project in Utopia there will be 3 Goals set. These should be very simple in their expression. Life in Utopia is already very complicated. Mathematicians, Scientists and Academics will perform the complex detail of work required to put Utopia's Projects into practice. Imagine how widespread yet consistent Utopian Action would be as each Level (World, National, Local) must address one Human, one Animal and one Plant Problem! Remember in One Nest each of these forms of Life must co-exist with the other, or the other will not survive! Even a child can understand this. The Language of Utopia is simple. Even a child must understand what is happening. The Goal of One Nest is to protect the children's Future.

The Politics of Utopia.
In each country these nine problems would require Corrective, Protective or Restorative work. To achieve this, in each country the Utopian Leaders would adopt a 3 Year Plan. This Plan would be made Public especially to the children who would learn about Utopia in their Schools. Afterall Utopia in One Nest is primarily for the children's future. This Plan would be presented to each country's Government to action through the annual National Budget in the normal course of political work but in the very distinctive spirit of Utopian Dream, Wish and Vision. Even the people in Government have children. Even the people in Government understand the Urgency of Utopia. Even the people in Government understand their children will still be alive if they are no longer in Government. Even a child will understand that some problems will not be fixed in 3 years. Some problems will need 6 years to fix. Some problems will need 9 years. But the children of Utopia are growing and there is no time to waste. Governments must act in the spirit of Utopia now.
