DISADVANTAGES
1. People may move to or from group locations to avoid or find preferred political leanings. Religious communities may develop but that is not necessarily a bad thing.
2. TENS may be subjected to pressure from criminals, or by personal circumstances, e.g debts, but in the long run the majority would outweigh their vote.
3. It may prove almost impossible to ever attempt such a democratic system due to opposition by incumbent governments desiring to preserve the status quo.
4. A result may be the enhancement of power to bureaucracies, although procedures to check and control could soon be developed.
