14. The world has known many empires and empire builders in historical times. All of the previous ones have collapsed for various reasons. None of these empires have ever had a truly global reach, except ours. At no time have so many of us inhabited the earth. If we are to go forward as an intelligent species we see no real alternative to making peace amongst ourselves. We understand, there will be few tears shed on the part of the peoples that inhabit the Earth over our resolve to abandon imperialism and re-invent ourselves to live peacefully in the coming Global Citizen Civilisation!

15. We accept our part in the responsibility for the challenge to bring political and economic stability to the entire world for the first time in history. We are given to understand the goodwill to create such a world society already exists amongst global citizen everywhere and we rely on this goodwill to bring it to successful fruition.

16. As a natural consequence of our resolve to make our collective behaviour user friendly to the Earth's biosphere, we are now very positive on the need for global climate control and will take immediate steps to reverse our March 2001 decisions and seek many additional initiatives and improvements on the Kyoto protocols. And we're asking all the nations and peoples of the world to join us to build a peaceful new global and democratic high technology information civilisation based on renewable sources over the next fifty years.

17. You may note that the importance of the symbiotic nature of our collectiveexistence within the biosphere is largely denied or ignored thus far in our multinational corporate media . We have treated the more rational and comprehensive view of nature as a perception management problem and we've employed ever more 'spin doctors' to reinforce the limited and 'officially sanctioned' Machine Age views. In doing so, we have seriously undermined the credibility of our multinational corporate media in the eyes of the general public.

18. The enormous human and material resources freed by the cessation of global hostilities and the cost of designing and building ever more arms, will be redeployed and reallocated and distributed as peace dividends in the first instance to repair and rejuvenate all areas of the world that have been ravaged by war and environmental degradation during the previous century. And by raising living standards there by the development of appropriate infrastructures of health, education, communications, means of transport etc. And by developing the new technologies necessary to carry out our aims of creating a sustainable global civilization.
